We offer a wide array of options when it comes to getting your print to you, read more to find out about our delivery information. Working with a variety of different couriers from small local businesses to international logistics specialists we aim to get your job to you in the most effective and efficient way possible.
Next Day Service
This is our standard service which is included on all quotes (unless mentioned otherwise). As the name suggests, this is picked up from us and delivered to you the next working day between 8am and 6pm, though usually during the working day. AM deliveries are available at an additional cost. If our courier tries to deliver your order and there is nobody to sign for it, the courier will leave a card detailing what to do next, unless you have previously specified what to do (leave with a neighbour, or undercover for instance). Proof of delivery (POD) available on request, please contact your account manager. Please note, there are some areas in UK that are not covered by next-day deliveries, a list of these can be found at the bottom of this page.
Same Day Service
We recommend same day/dedicated services if you have a particularly delicate job, or something that is a ‘no fail’ item. The reason behind recommending same day for delicate jobs is that the job will usually be loaded by us here, and delivered to you on the same vehicle, minimising the risk of any mishandling (which whilst very rare does happen occasionally).
We work with a specialist international logistics company on overseas orders, ensuring your order gets to where you want it, when you need it, and in exactly the same condition it left us in. Our logistics partner can also advise of any customs requirements etc. that may be encountered.
White Label Orders
We are more than happy to send orders out under plain cover, we can even ship them with your own delivery notes if required. If you require this service please let your account manager know when you place the order.
We are able to arrange Saturday deliveries, or deliveries within specific time frames, obviously these services will incur an additional cost, please contact your account manager if you require a special delivery.
What to do if it goes wrong
Whilst very rare, occasionally there are issues with a delivery, this could be a case of nobody being in to receive the delivery (in which case a re-scheduled delivery is arranged), or a damaged consignment. The very first thing to do in these instances is get in touch with us at the first possible opportunity (preferably by phone 01444 480700) as there is always someone here to answer the phone during the working day. This gives us the best chance, and most available time to be able to sort the issue out. If possible, please take some photos of the damaged delivery, so we can pass them on to the courier company. Once again, we will stress that it is very rare that deliveries don’t arrive at all, or arrive damaged.
